VedikHub ships products across India. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping
- Standard Shipping: ₹99 for orders below ₹999
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional charge
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address
Shipping Timeframes
Standard Shipping
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Other Locations: 7-10 business days
Express Shipping
- Metro Cities: 1-2 business days
- Other Locations: 2-4 business days
Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Processing time of 1-2 business days is additional to shipping time.
Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received:
- Order is processed within 1-2 business days
- You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details
- Your order is packed securely and shipped
- You will receive shipping updates via email and SMS

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate:

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts
- If delivery fails, the package will be returned to our warehouse
- You can reschedule delivery by contacting our customer service
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping may be available in the future. Please contact us at support@vedikhub.in for special international shipping requests.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

- Provide your order number and photos of damaged items (if applicable)
- We will investigate and provide a replacement or full refund
- Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Holiday Shipping
